Baked Lemon and Garlic Cod with Green Beans




I bought 2 lbs of Fresh Wild Caught Cod for this recipe. It's a great prep for a few days!

Ingredients:
2lbs of Fresh Wild Caught Cod
2 tbs olive oil
3 tbs of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp of thyme (dry)
4 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)
Paprika to color ontop

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Mix the Olive Oil, thyme, garlic, and lemon juice. Brush each side of your fish with the lemon garlic mix and lay in rows on a baking sheet. Sprinkle Paprika ontop for color. Place in the oven.

While the Cod starts to cook, cut your fresh green beans, wash them under cold water, and spray with a light coat of olive oil. Place on a cookie sheet and add them in the oven above the cod. (this took me about 10 min)

Let both cook for about another 10-12min.

Take both out together, make yourself a plate and prep the rest for the next few days! Enjoy!
